How do you select your product range?

What is a clearance item?
Items which have been marked as Clearance on our website will generally be either discontinued or de-ranged. Therefore stocks are strictly limited and may not be available at all stores. Should an online order be placed for a clearance item and that item cannot be supplied after every effort from Betta, a full refund or alternative option will be provided.

Is this item in stock? It’s showing as available in my local store online?
Our website doesn’t show our local stores stock levels just yet. This feature is coming soon! We recommend contacting them directly. You can find your local stores contact details here.

I'm having trouble deciding what to pick. Can you help?
Our knowledgeable staff are always available to help and discuss your needs. Visit your local store to speak with our professionals. Can you get my appliance removed/installed?
Yes. However, as all our orders are fulfilled by the local store, you will need to contact your local Betta for a quote.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
All consumer product purchases made in Australia are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If there is an issue with your product, you may be offered a free repair or replacement depending on the issue and manufacturer's warranty. Please view our Return Policy for further information. For extra reassurance, You can purchase a Back Up Plan with your product for extra coverage.

Payment

Do you price match?
Yes. We consistently strive to offer the best prices on the market. If you find a cheaper price, Request a Price Match here and we will happily match it.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer several standard payment options including Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, and PayPal. Additionally, we offer flexible payment solutions including Afterpay, Humm, Latitude, and Zip. Cash is accepted in store. You can find more information in our Payment section.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Delivery

Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across Australia to both Metro and Regional areas. We offer a range of furniture that is in stock, and ready for immediate dispatch. We generally deliver within 2-7 days. Find more information on our Delivery processes here.

How much are shipping and delivery costs?
Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the items ordered. For more detailed information, please refer to our Delivery section.

Where does my order get delivered from?
Your order will be delivered by your local store as stated on your order confirmation email. Any changes will be communicated to you via email from our Online team and your local Betta.

Can I track my online order?
Unfortunately, we do not have an online tracking function. However, you will receive a confirmation via email when your order has been processed, and another confirmation once it has been dispatched and is expected to arrive. Your assigned Betta store is the store you would have selected during the checkout process and is the first point of contact for any information about your order.

You will be able to find the details of your assigned store by referring to your Order Notification email. This would have been sent to your nominated email address when you confirmed your order online. This order notification email includes important details such as your order number, assigned Betta store and their contact phone number and address. Remember this store bis your point of contact when it comes to following up the status of your order and the ETA.

In some instances to avoid greater than anticipated delays, we will re-allocate part or all of your order to another store. In this case, we will notify you of the change via email and also include the new store's details. This store will then become your point of contact to obtain ETA details for the item(s) in which they will be supplying.
