How Do I Use My Ultimate Gift Card In Betta Stores?
To redeem your Ultimate Gift Card in a Betta store, you can swipe your card or add it to mobile wallet to make a contactless payment.

When swiping your card in-store, your Ultimate card will be process as a standard VISA card. After swiping your card, select credit. If/when prompted, enter your PIN located under the scratch panel on the back of your card.  

If you’re making a contactless payment, tap your phone against the terminal and follow the prompts.  

How Do I Use My Ultimate Gift Card Online?
You'll need to exchange your Ultimate card for a Betta eGift Card here and redeem the Betta eGift by entering your unique gift card code into the Gift Card or Promo Code box at checkout. 

Use another payment method like cash or another card to cover the difference.

What is the expiry date of my Ultimate Gift Card?

Digital Ultimate eGift Cards: The expiry date is in the card detail section of your eGift, below the PIN number. Physical Ultimate Gift Cards: The Expiry/Valid Thru Date is printed on the front of the card. If you have an older card and the expiry is not printed on the front, you can check your balance expiry date online. This expiry differs from your online shopping expiry date, which is 12/29.

Can I print my Ultimate eGift Card to redeem in-store at participating merchants?

Unfortunately, you cannot print your eGift Card to use in-store. Your eGift Card needs to be added to your mobile wallet using the Wallet app on your mobile device. To use your Ultimate eGift Card in-store: 1. Open your mobile wallet app, such as Apple Wallet or Google Pay. 2. Add the eGift Card as a Debit/Credit or Payment Card. 3. Once added to your mobile wallet, you can use it to pay in-store at participating merchants.

What if the value of my purchase is greater than the balance on my gift card?

If your purchase is more than your Ultimate Gift Card balance, you can use a split payment. First, ask the cashier to charge the available balance on your Ultimate Gift Card. Swipe the card, select Credit, and enter the 4-digit PIN. Then, pay the remaining amount using another payment method, such as cash or another card.

Do I receive change on gift card transactions?

No, you will not receive cash back from a gift card transaction. Any remaining balance stays on your card and can be used for future purchases. The Gift Card can be reused until the balance reaches zero, no matter how small the remaining balance is.

Is the balance updated automatically?

Yes. Each time you use your Ultimate Gift Card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from the card balance. If a transaction is declined, the funds are not deducted, as there is not enough balance available to complete the transaction.

What happens if an item purchased with my gift card needs to be returned?

Please refer to our standard returns policy. Funds can be returned to your Ultimate Gift Card. If the card expires or is revoked before you spend any refunded funds, you will no longer have access to those funds. This applies whether the original transaction being refunded was made using the card or not.

What happens if I lose my gift card, or it is stolen?

Lost, stolen, damaged or expired Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for more information.

Can my Ultimate Gift Card be reloaded with value?

No, Ultimate Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

How can I view my Ultimate Gift Card transaction history?

You can check your balance and transaction history online. If your Expiry/Valid Thru date is not printed on the front of the card, enter the online shopping expiry date: 12/29.
