Where can I use my Gift Card?

You can use your Gift Card in any Betta store across Australia, or when you check out online.

What if I've lost my Gift Card?

If you have lost your card, please contact our Customer Experience Team on 1300 423 882 to discuss options for re-issue.

Do I need to activate my Gift Card?

No, you will not need to activate your gift card, once you purchase you will receive a unique barcode and pin.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Your gift card will expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

How do I pay for my online order with my Gift Card?

Simply select the e-gift card option in the checkout, and enter your Gift Card's unique barcode and pin before clicking 'apply'. If you still have an outstanding balance, you can choose to pay using credit card, or one of the 'buy now, pay later' options. If your Gift Card covers the total value of your order, simply press 'place order'.

What can I buy with a Betta gift card?

Our gift cards can be used to purchase any items available in our store or online, including: Electrical goods, such as TVs & Audio, Fridges & Freezers, Kitchen & Cooking, Laundry, Cooling & Heating, Vacuums, Small Appliances, IT Phones & Gadgets. Furniture, such as Lounges and Chairs, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture, Occasional Furniture, Dining, Office Furniture and Outdoor Patio. Please note that gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, iTunes cards, or any epay rechargeable cards.

What gift card amounts are available?

We offer gift cards in the following convenient values: $25, $50, $100, $200 and $500. Choose the perfect amount for any occasion!

Is it possible to send a message to the recipient?

Yes, you can send a message to the recipient. Add a personal note of up to 4 lines, with a maximum of 255 characters in total.


Terms of Use

  • Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • Present your Gift Card online or at any participating Betta store. You can select any number of items up to the value of the card, or above the value - in which case you need to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment.
  • The Gift Card is partially redeemable. Within the card's 36 month validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating store. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

The card is -

  • Redeemable for merchandise or services at participation stores or online.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • A Gift Card may not be used to purchase Gift Cards, iTunes Cards or any epay rechargeable cards.
  • Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card.
  • Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
  • Cannot be reloaded.
  • Is partially redeemable.
  • It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date.
  • Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
  • Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
  • If the purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
  • You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
