Yes - furniture products, Apple, Asko, Pro-forma brands products, Fisher & Paykel Cooking, Dishwashing, and Built-In Refrigeration products, Miele Cooking & Gift Cards are not included in the free delivery program.

Yes, to receive free delivery a minimum order value of $100 must be achieved. This excludes delivery costs.
Up to 20km by road from selected Betta stores.
When we are currently running a free delivery promotion, customers that are located within 20km's from selected Betta stores, and whose order meets a minimum of $100 (with the exception of Apple, Miele, furniture, and homewares) are eligible for free delivery.
During this promotional period, all online orders placed that are within the free delivery radius for a selected store and meet the minimum $100 order value, will automatically have their delivery fees updated to $0 via the product cart or at checkout. Betta reserves the right to adjust the free delivery radius, minimum order value or end a Free Delivery promotion at any time.
Should a delivery fall outside of the free delivery radius or an order does not meet the $100 minimum order value the regular delivery fee will apply for each product. These fees are based on the size and weight of the product and how far the delivery will be from your chosen Betta store. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.
In addition to the price for the Goods and the Delivery Charge (if any) you may also need to pay any additional delivery charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we incur because you live in an area where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our national courier company does not provide a door-to-door service (“Additional Delivery Charge”). These include, without limitation, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Norfolk Island, Elcho Island, Tiwi Islands, Magnetic Island and Nhulunbuy. Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the Website as having “free delivery” or something similar.
