Its slim-line design fits neatly into hallways and entries, while solid Tasmanian Oak, dovetail connections and a clear lacquer satin finish give it genuine hardwood strength. Narrow furniture is unforgiving of poor joinery, so the frame is built square and braced to resist racking. Did you know? Racking is the side-to-side sway that turns a rectangle into a wobbly parallelogram, and it’s the most common way slim tables fail. Bracing and tight dovetails stop it before it starts. The timber is also selected for even tone along the full 120cm top, so the grain flows cleanly from end to end.
