Club Betta 7 Day Purchase Price Promise:
As a Club Betta member, you receive a 7 day price promise on all purchases. This is in addition to Betta’s Everyday Price Match Policy.

Should you find a lower advertised price for the same product by any local Competitor*, simply bring in the advertisement, plus your purchase receipt within 7 days of the transaction and we will happily refund the difference as a Betta Store Credit. Simply visit the store in which you made the original purchase (including any online purchases) to facilitate the store credit.

Our Club Betta 7 Day Purchase Price Guarantee Promise applies to newly boxed, currently available stock of the identical model, advertised by a local Competitor. This excludes Grey Imports, auctions, 24 hour sales, ‘Buy Now’ sales, clearance or liquidation sales, bulk purchasing, commercial quantities and commercial pricing.

*All terms and conditions of ‘Betta’s Everyday Price Match Policy’ including its definitions will also apply to the ‘Club Betta 7 Day Purchase Price Guarantee Promise.

Betta Store Credits can be honoured with the exact value applicable to your Price Match Guarantee. Store credits are not redeemable for cash. Store Credits can only be used at the store of issue.

Betta's Everyday Price Match Policy

Betta will match a Local Competitor's advertised price for a product subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. 'Competitor' as defined in this Policy must:
(a) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and 
(b) be ‘local’, having a physical ‘bricks and mortar’ retail shop within 100 kilometres from the Betta store from which you wish to make the purchase (or which fulfilled your online order).  

2. The product offered by the Competitor must be:
(a) a product sold by Betta;
(b) identical (i.e. same brand/model/colour/year of production);
(c) in stock (not available for back orders); and
(d) available for immediate purchase.

3. The Competitor's price must:
(a) include all delivery charges, GST and bonus offers; and
(b) be verifiable by Betta via confirmation of the Competitors advertised price, i.e catalogue, newspaper, radio, TV, website
(c) apply to retail quantities only and must not be bulk/commercial purchases or commercial pricing.
(d) have equivalent and verifiable forms of payment available, for example:

- if being purchased on finance, the Competitor’s finance offer must be on comparable terms to ours (i.e. 12 months vs 24 months); and

- if the price is a “cash price”, we reserve the right not to offer finance terms.

4. Betta does not price match on:
(a) Prices offered by online marketplaces.
(b) Competitor's clearance lines, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers, factory seconds; or
(c) "Grey imports", which are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.
(d) Betta reserves the right not to match a Competitor price set significantly below the RRP or Market Price of the product.
(e) Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the Competitor 
(f) Apple branded products

5. Making the Purchase:
(a) Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.
(b) No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a Competitor price match.
(c) Customers who wish to make the purchases on www.betta.com.au will be provided with a unique, one time use PROMO CODE that must be entered at checkout to apply the price match discount. This PROMO CODE can only be obtained by submitting the above price match form.
