Order FAQ

Where is my order?

To get an update on your order, please contact your local Betta store listed at the top of your order confirmation email. Alternatively, please use our contact us form and reference your order number listed in your order confirmation email.

How do I order something online?

Find the product/s you would like to purchase and click ‘add to cart’. Click the cart button in the top right-hand corner of the page and select “checkout”. Enter your details and proceed to payment. Enter your payment details and confirm.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Stores each have their own preferences and capabilities when it comes to phone orders. Please contact your local store to enquire. You can find your local store here.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered at the checkout. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders as the confirmation can sometimes end up there. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, you can get in touch via our contact us form

When will I receive my tracking information?

We aim to get your tracking information to you as soon as possible. Please note that some orders will be hand delivered by our friendly Betta delivery drivers, so a tracking number is not always provided.

How do i know when my order is ready for pick-up?

Your local Betta store will notify you by the contact details provided on your online order that your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid photo ID.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

You may be able to make changes to your order, depending on where the order is up to in processing. Unfortunately we are unable to change orders that have been dispatched. To check the progress of your order, or to request cancellation, please use our contact us form

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order, depending on where the order is up to in processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have been dispatched or delivered. To check the progress of your order or to request cancellation, please use our contact us form

Can I choose to have my order delivered at a later date?

Please enquire with your local Betta store if they are able to hold stock until you require delivery.

How do i get another copy of my invoice?

To receive a copy of your invoice simply contact the Betta store that has provided your order. You can find their contact details on the store locator. Alternatively, please use our contact us form and we will get in touch with you to direct you to the appropriate Betta store.
