Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 500g Gnocchi
  • 200g Button Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250ml Cream for Cooking
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Parmesan

Method

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Saute gnocchi until slightly caramelised
  3. Set aside
  4. Saute sliced button mushrooms until softened
  5. Season mushrooms
  6. Place the cream for cooking in the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes
  7. Stir and season to taste
  8. Add spinach
  9. Serve with parmesan
