Cookies and Cream Truffles

Ingredients

  • 125g softened cream cheese
  • 200g broken milk chocolate
  • 2 x 150g packets Oreo biscuits

Method

  1. Blend cookies with a food processor
  2. Pour into a large bowl
  3. Add cream cheese
  4. Mix together
  5. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls
  6. Refrigerator for 30mins
  7. In a small bowl, melt milk chocolate
  8. Coat balls with chocolate
  9. Refrigerate until set
  10. Melt white chocolate and spoon into zip lock bag
  11. Snip corner and pipe lines across chocolate balls
