As recognition for the ongoing efforts to continually improve the in-store experience, Betta has been awarded with a customer satisfaction rate of up to 94% in accordance to Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction awards; having been awarded Furniture/Electrical store of the month in March, April & May in 2015.
