BETTA WINS BEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD FOR 2015

Leading independent retail franchise group, Betta Home Living, are thrilled to have won the prestigious Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for Furniture/Electrical Store of the Year for 2015. The national award was presented to the company at the Roy Morgan Gala Dinner in Melbourne, on Wednesday, February 17.

The winner is the organisation which achieves the most months with a number one customer satisfaction ranking measured against other stores. Betta won an incredible 7 out of 12 months making it the clear, outright star performer for 2015.

Betta outperformed the likes of Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Retravision, Ikea and more. More than 50,000 consumers Australia-wide take part in the Roy Morgan survey each year.
Betta, which provides a large range of home appliances and furniture, has more than 200 stores across Australia. Each of the stores is run by the owner/owners, who are often long-time, trusted locals in the town or suburb they service. The Betta group employs thousands of people across Australia.

In particular, the company prides itself on its great sense of community, alongside its other core values of integrity, collaboration, commitment and efficiency.
