Bacon and Egg Pie

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 slices sandwich bread crusts removed | 4 eggs | 1 cup chopped ham | Grated cheddar cheese |  herbs (optional)  _

Method

  1. Preheat pie maker.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Press (gently) a slice of buttered bread (butter side down) into the trays.
  4. Add the chopped ham to the egg mix and season generously.
  5. Pour the eggs into the trays (over the bread)
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over (optional)
  7. Cook for 8 minutes.
