What is your Christmas online delivery cut off?

All Betta Home Living ONLINE orders must be placed NO LATER than the 13th of December to avoid delivery disappointment. See our Christmas Delivery terms and conditions for further details.

How do I ensure my order arrives before Dec 24th?

Be sure to submit your online order prior to December 14th. Our team at Betta will do everything we can to help ensure your eligible Christmas order is delivered in time for Christmas. However, occasions may arise where despite our best efforts pre-Christmas delivery may not be possible. Our Customer Service Team will be able to assist you with any further questions regarding this.

What if I miss the delivery cut off?

If you miss the delivery cut off, don’t despair you can still shop in-store at your Local Betta right up until Christmas! Our local Customer Service Consultants will be happy to help you find the perfect gifts, for everyone on your list in-store. How can I check if my local store has stock?
