1. Be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and 
2. Be ‘local’, having a physical ‘bricks and mortar’ retail shop within 100 kilometres from the Betta store from which you wish to make the purchase (or which fulfilled your online order).

4. Betta reserves the right not to match a Competitor price set significantly below the RRP or Market Price of the product.
5. Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the Competitor

1. Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.
2. No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a Competitor price match.
3. Customers who wish to make the purchases on www.betta.com.au will be provided with a unique, one time use PROMO CODE that must be entered at checkout to apply the price match discount. Said PROMO CODE can only be obtained via the online CONTACT US function.

As a Club Betta member, you receive a 7 day price guarantee on all purchases made in addition to Betta’s everyday Price Match policy (outlined above). Should you find a lower advertised price for the same product by any local competitor*, simply bring in the advertisement^, plus your purchase receipt within 7 days of the transaction and we will happily refund the difference as a Betta gift card (1).

Our 7 day price guarantee applies to newly boxed, currently available stock of the identical model, advertised by a local competitor. This excludes Grey Imports, Auctions, 24 hour sales, Buy Now sales and commercial quantities.

Proof of advertising can be in the form of a daily newspaper, catalogue, commercial radio or television.
(1) Betta Gift Cards can be loaded with any value from $10 to $500. In the event that the difference to be refunded fall under $10 then the refund will be via the original transaction type (cash, credit, Eftpos). In the event that a refund should be greater than $500 then multiple gift cards will be issued.
