Privacy Laws Apply which prevent us from providing invoices to anyone
other than the person named on the Invoice.

BSR is NOT the busines that you purchased your goods from. We are an administration office for the business that now owns the Betta Electrical trademark.  We have a special arrangement which allows us to access old databases on behalf of the store.

This form is to be used to request a copy of an invoice from Betta Electrical stores that no longer exist. Photographic Identification will need to be verified by a Betta Electrical / Chandlers employee. A $25 administration fee will be charged for retrieval of the invoice due to the work involved in restoring an old database and seeking out the required invoice. All requests will be responded to within 1 business day of receipt of the request. Please note the fee is payable regardless of the success of locating the Invoice.

On reciept of your request a Customer Service Operator will contact you to arrange payment and obtain the necessary Identification.
