Location: Eagle Farm Head Office - Brisbane
BSR Group Head Office is currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused professional to join our team of Retail / IT Help Desk Consultants.
The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive Retail Management System usage advice and information to our retailers and the BSR team in general.
You will rotate through a variety of roles including -
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -
IT Support is the first point of contact for retailers and each caller is likely to have a problem. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to emphathise with retailers. You must have first class listening skills and the ability to establish the "real" issue and follow it through to resolution.
Good communication skills, particularly over the phone, are essential as you will need to regularly diagnose and resolve problems, and train over the phone.
You must have a good understanding of retail, computers, operating systems, and MS Office software.
Appropriate training will be provided on the Retail Management System for the right candidate.
All BSR Group franchise stores use IbGlobal (a version of the DRS Merchant product) as their Retail Management System.
